Kleine hoeveelheden koken sneller dan
grote hoeveelheden; ook kleine maaltijden
worden sneller warm dan grote porties.
Dichtheid
Poreus, luchtig voedsel wordt sneller
warm dan dicht, zwaar voedsel.
Vorm
Gelijkmatige vormen worden ook
gelijkmatig gaar. Voedsel wordt beter gaar
in de magnetron wanneer u een ronde
schaal gebruikt in plaats van een vierkant.
