Todos los alimentos deben estar a temperatura ambiente o de
nevera. Remuévalos antes y después de recalentarlos. Es
preferible cubrirlos con una tapa o plato o cuenco. La temperatura
final de la sopa puede variar según la espesura de la sopa, la
temperatura inicial, el contenido de azúcar o de grasa.

Para cocinar pescado fresco (entero, filetes, rodajas). Cubra

con film transparente perforado o con una tapa. Si es mucha canti-
dad deberá darle la vuelta al oír el pitido.

Para cocinar verdura fresca. Coloque la verdura preparada en un
recipiente de tamaño adecuado. Rocíela con 6 cucharadas soperas
(90 ml) de agua. Cúbrala ligeramente con film transparente perfora-
do o con una tapa. Si es mucha cantidad deberá removerla al oír el
pitido. Remueva al oír el pitido.

Para cocinar un pollo fresco entero sin relleno. Cocine el rel-
leno por separado. Coloque el pollo en un recipiente resistente al
calor directamente sobre la placa cerámica. Empiece a cocinarlo
con la parte de la pechuga hacia arriba y dele la vuelta cuando
suene el pitido.
