Hello when I turn the camera on it opens up but then it closes down and then system error focus comes up on screen Can you help please Andy

My Panasonic DMC tz20 is showing rainbow line on obs how do I get a clean HDMI output to obs with my Panasonic DMC tz20 using obs pls , my email princehenry.owiku@gmail.com.
