Probleem Oorzaak/oplossing

Ik kan niet bellen. R Uitgaande oproepen worden geblokkeerd. Scha-

kel de blokkeringsinstellingen voor uitgaande op-

roepen uit (pagina 30).

R Uw oproep wordt afgeschermd. Wijzig de instel-

ling Mijn ID tonen in een andere optie dan “Id

verbergen” (pagina 30).

R De functie Vaste nummers is ingeschakeld (pagi-

na 29). Schakel deze functie uit.

Ik kan een oproep niet ont-

vangen.

R Inkomende oproepen worden geblokkeerd. Scha-

kel de blokkeringsinstellingen voor inkomende op-

roepen uit (pagina 30).

Ik kan geen SMS-berich-

ten verzenden.

R De telefoon kan geen verbinding maken met het

servicecentrum. Controleer of het juiste nummer

van het servicecentrum is opgeslagen (pagina 28).

R De functie Vaste nummers is ingeschakeld (pagi-

na 29). Schakel deze functie uit.

Ik kan geen SMS-berich-

ten ontvangen.

R Het verzenden van het SMS-bericht werd onder-

broken. Wacht tot het SMS-bericht is verzonden,

voordat u andere telefoonfuncties gebruikt.

Ik kan geen voicemailbe-

richtmeldingen ontvan-

gen.

R Wanneer het SMS-berichtgeheugen vol is, kunt u

mogelijk geen nieuwe voicemailberichtmeldingen

ontvangen. Wis onnodige SMS-berichten om nieu-

we voicemailberichtmeldingen te kunnen ontvan-

gen (pagina 17).

Ik kan geen SMS-berich-

ten ontvangen, zelfs wan-

neer de telefoon voldoen-

de geheugen heeft.

R Sommige soorten SMS-berichten kunnen alleen

op de SIM-kaart worden ontvangen. Controleer de

geheugenstatus van de SIM-kaart (pagina 28) en

wis onnodige SMS-berichten (pagina 17).

Ik kan geen e-mailberich-

ten ontvangen.

R Deze telefoon ondersteunt alleen SMS-services.
