Call block (Caller ID subscribers
only)
This feature allows the unit to reject calls when:
the unit receives a call from a phone
number stored in the call block list as
unwanted (“Storing unwanted callers”,
page 45).
the unit receives a call without phone
number (“Blocking incoming calls without
phone number”, page 46).
When a call is received, the unit rings for a
short time
*1
while the caller is being identified.
If the phone number matches an entry in the
call block list, the unit emits no sound to the
caller, and disconnects the call.
*1 This is called first ring. If you do not want
the first ring to sound, turn this setting to
Off (page 46).
Important:
R When the unit receives a call from a
number that is stored in the call block list or
a call without a recognized phone number,
the call is logged in the caller list
(page 49) with after the call is
d
isconnected.
R You can program this setting using either
the base unit or one of the handsets.
Storing unwanted callers
Y
ou can store up to 250 phone numbers in the
call block list.
Important:
R We recommend storing 10 digits (including
an area code). If only 7 digits are stored, all
numbers that have the same last 7 digits
will be blocked.

  • Is there a way of resetting the Time Zone on my Panasonic TG7871 phone; having moved permanently from AZ to FL, currently there is a 3 hours difference.
I reset the time/date, but later, it always reverts to the original time in AZ?
If not, is it because the phone number prefix is '520' whereas I am now in '352' land? Submitted on 6-6-2022 at 21:11
