Si vous continuez à rencontrer des difficultés après avoir suivi les instructions de cette section, débranchez
l’adaptateur secteur de la base et éteignez le combiné, puis rebranchez l’adaptateur secteur de la base et
rallumez le combiné.

Le combiné ne s’allume pas
même après l’installation de
batteries chargées.
R Posez le combiné sur la base ou le chargeur pour allumer le combiné.
L’appareil ne fonctionne pas. R Assurez-vous que les batteries sont installées correctement (page 10).
R Chargez complètement les batteries (page 11).
R Vérifiez les raccordements (page 10).
R Débranchez l’adaptateur secteur de la base afin de réinitialiser l’appa-
reil, puis éteignez le combiné. Rebranchez l’adaptateur secteur, rallu-
mez le combiné et réessayez.
R Le combiné n’a pas été enregistré sur la base. Enregistrez le combiné
(page 33).
L’écran du combiné est vide. R Le combiné n’est pas allumé. Allumez-le (page 15).
Je n’entends pas de tonalité. R Vérifiez que vous utilisez le cordon téléphonique fourni. Votre ancien
cordon téléphonique peut présenter une configuration de fils différen-
te.
R L’adaptateur secteur ou le cordon téléphonique de la base n’est pas
branché. Vérifiez les raccordements.
R Débranchez la base du cordon téléphonique et branchez le cordon
sur un téléphone qui fonctionne. Si ce téléphone fonctionne correcte-
ment, contactez notre personnel de service pour faire réparer l’appa-
reil. Si ce téléphone ne fonctionne pas correctement, contactez votre
fournisseur de services/compagnie de téléphone.

che Régl. touche Smart, mê-
me si le voyant NR clignote
lentement.
R Un autre appareil est en cours d’utilisation. Patientez et réessayez
plus tard.
R Lorsque la fonction de verrouillage du clavier est activée. Désacti-
vez-le (page 20).
La base émet un bip sonore. R De nouveaux messages ont été enregistrés. Écoutez les nouveaux
messages (page 38).

R Vous ne pouvez pas activer le mode économie lorsque vous activez
le mode répéteur “Oui”. Si nécessaire, réglez le mode répéteur sur
“Non” (page 34).

  • my phone does not include the name and number of the caller when it rings from my address list., this has happened when I moved house recently.   • Since I have moved house my phone does not give me the name and number of the caller in my Callers List. I just get "out of area".
