Si votre fournisseur de services/compagnie de
téléphone ne peut pas le faire :
– Définissez le réglage “Nbre sonneries”
de l’appareil de sorte que le répondeur
réponde aux appels avant que le service de
messagerie vocale de votre fournisseur de
services/compagnie de téléphone ne le
fasse. Il est nécessaire de vérifier le nombre
de sonneries nécessaire pour activer le
service de messagerie vocale de votre
fournisseur de services/compagnie de
téléphone avant de modifier ce réglage.
– Modifiez le nombre de sonneries du service
de messagerie vocale de manière à ce que le
répondeur puisse répondre l’appel en
premier. Pour ce faire, contactez votre
fournisseur de services/compagnie de
téléphone.
Durée d’enregistrement de l’appelant
Vous pouvez modifier la durée d’enregistrement
maximale du message autorisée pour chaque
appelant. Le réglage par défaut est “3 minutes”.

Sélection de l’option “Rép.simple”
Vous pouvez sélectionner “Rép.simple” pour
configurer l’appareil de manière à ce qu’il lise un
message d’accueil à l’attention des appelants, mais
qu’il n’enregistre pas les messages.
Appuyez sur “Rép.simple” à l’étape 2 de la
section “Durée d’enregistrement de l’appelant”,
page 43.
Remarques :
R Lorsque vous sélectionnez “Rép.simple” :
– Si vous n’enregistrez pas votre propre
message, l’appareil lit le message d’accueil
simple préenregistré invitant les appelants à
rappeler ultérieurement.
– Si vous utilisez votre propre message,
enregistrez le message d’accueil simple
invitant les appelants à rappeler
ultérieurement (page 38).

  • my phone does not include the name and number of the caller when it rings from my address list., this has happened when I moved house recently.   • Since I have moved house my phone does not give me the name and number of the caller in my Callers List. I just get "out of area".
