Een oproep doorgeven zonder de intercom
Met deze functie kunt u een oproep doorgeven naar een andere handset zonder
te wachten tot deze handset opgenomen wordt.
Voorbeeld: Handset 1 geeft een oproep door naar Handset 2.
1. (Handset 1)
Tijdens een gesprek, ZN(de intercom-icoon gaat aan).
• De oproep wordt in de wacht-modus geplaatst.
2. (Handset 1) Z gewenst handsetnr., b.v. B
• U zult een intern terugbelsignaal horen tot de andere
handset opgenomen wordt.
3. (Handset 1) ZP.
4. (Handset 2) Wanneer het toestel overgaat, ZOom op te nemen.
• Het doorverbinden is voltooid.
• Wanneer de opgeroepen handset niet binnen de 30 seconden opgenomen
wordt, geeft de oproepende handset een beltoon. De oproepende handset
kan terugkeren naar het gesprek door O in te drukken.
Conferentie (telefonisch vergaderen)
Tijdens een gesprek via de handset, kunt u een andere handset opbellen en dan
de gesprekken combineren, zodat u telefonisch kunt vergaderen tussen handsets
die geregistreerd zijn bij hetzelfde basisstation.
1. (Handset 1) Tijdens een gesprek, ZNen het gewenste
handsetnummer invoeren, b.v. B.
• Het gesprek wordt in de wacht-modus geplaatst.
• Wanneer er niet opgenomen wordt, ZNom terug te keren naar het gesprek.
2. (Handset 2) Wanneer het toestel overgaat, ZOof N om op te nemen.
3. (Handset 1) ZCom telefonisch te kunnen vergaderen.
4. (Handset 1 of 2) ZPom de vergadering te verlaten.
