Oproepen beantwoorden
Basisrichtlijnen voor het beantwoorden van oproepen: zie pag. 12.
• De handset en het basisstation gaan niet over wanneer beide belvolumes
ingesteld zijn op UIT (pag. 29, 41).
Automatisch Spreken
Wanneer u de Automatisch Spreken-functie instelt op AAN (pag. 34), kunt u een
oproep beantwoorden door de handset van het basisstation te nemen zonder op
O te drukken.
Tijdelijk uitzetten van het belsignaal van de handset
Wanneer een externe oproep binnenkomt, kunt u het belsignaal
tijdelijk uitzetten.
1. Tijdens een inkomende oproep,ZUen ingedrukt houden.
(De bel uit-icoon verschijnt en de handset laat geen
belsignaal meer horen).
2. Beantwoord de oproep door te drukken op O, K-I,
J of L. (- Any Key Answer).
• Het toestel zal weer overgaan bij de volgende inkomende
oproep.
• Deze functie zal niet werken wanneer de handset zich op
het basisstation bevindt of wanneer u een interne oproep
krijgt.
Verlichting van het toetsenpaneel van de handset
Indien u op een toets drukt of de handset van het basisstation haalt of een
oproep ontvangt zullen de toesten van de handset verlicht zijn. Ongeveer 10
seconden na het indrukken van een toets, het opnemen van de handset of het
beantwoorden van een oproep gaan de lichten uit.
