2.16 Het installeren van een bliksembeveiliging

Een bliksembeveiliging is een apparaatje dat op een netlijn wordt geïnstalleerd ter

voorkoming van blikseminslag en beschadiging van apparatuur. Gevaar ontstaat

pas indien een telefoonsnoer in aanraking komt met een stroomsnoer. Met de

ontwikkeling van elektronische apparatuur komen ook problemen als gevolg van

blikseminslag steeds vaker voor. In veel landen is het installeren van

bliksembeveiliging verplicht. Een blikseminslag op een telefoonkabel die zich 10

meter bovengronds bevindt, kan een kracht hebben van 200.000 Volt. Dit systeem

dient met bliksembeveiligingen te worden geïnstalleerd. Aarding is bovendien erg

belangrijk voor de veiligheid van dit systeem.

Installatie-schema voor externe aansluiting

Indien u telefoons in een gebouw buiten het hoofdgebouw plaatst, dient u de

volgende voorzorgsmaatregelen te volgen:

(1) Leg het telefoonsnoer onder de grond aan.

(2) Gebruik isolatiemateriaal (metalen buis) ter bescherming van het snoer.
