Längere Anziehzeiten resultieren in einem
erhöhten Anziehdrehmoment. Übermäßi

3) Verschiedene Bolzendurchmesser
Die Maße des Bolzendurchmessers beein

flusst das Anziehdrehmoment.
Das Anziehdrehmoment steigt an, wenn
der Bolzendurchmesser größer wird.
4) Anziehbedingungen
Das Anziehdrehmoment variiert je nach
Grad, Länge und Anziehkoeffizient sogar
bei gleichen Bolzen (fester Koeffizient
wird vom Hersteller bei der Produktion
angegeben).
Das Anziehdrehmoment variiert je nach
Oberflächenbeschaffenheit auch bei glei-
chen Verschraubmaterialien (z. B. Stahl).
Das Drehmoment wird drastisch redu-
ziert, wenn der Bolzen und die Mutter
anfangen sich zusammen zu drehen.
5) Buchsenspiel
Das Drehmoment wird gesenkt, sobald
zum Anziehen eines Bolzens eine Sechs
-
kant-Konfiguration der Buchse mit falscher
Größe verwendet wird.
6) Schalter (Betriebsschalter)
Das Drehmoment wird gesenkt, wenn das
Gerät mit einem Schalter verwendet wird,
der nicht gänzlich hineingedrückt wurde.
7) Wirkung des Anschlussadapters
Das Anziehdrehmoment wird durch die
Verwendung eines Universalgelenks oder
eines Anschlussadapters gesenkt.
