Our DMP-BDT167 player cannot connect to the internet. Yesterday it was fine. The internet is working fine for other devices. On Easy Network Setting the first three tests pass, but connection to the internet fails. We had error message B019, but have resolved that. Now it says "An internal error occurred". What should we do? Thanks!
