INBETRIEBNAHME
A.- Verlinken (PRG)
Dimmer 674 830 rf mit einem anderen KNX-RF kompatiblen Sender (z.B. Taster,
Fernbedienung) verlinken:
1.) Wahlschalter des 674 830 rf in den Verlinkungsmodus stellen, indem Sie ihn auf die
"Prg"-Stellung drehen. Die grüne LED beginnt langsam zu blinken.
2.) Wählen Sie den zu verlinkenden Kanal (1, 2, 3 oder 4).
3.) Drücken Sie die Programmiertaste "Prog" mithilfe einer Büroklammer oder ähnlichem.
Die grüne LED leuchtet. Der Empfängerkanal des 674 830 rf wartet nun darauf, die
Verbindung mit dem Senderkanal eines anderen KNX-RF kompatiblen Gerätes
herzustellen.
4.) Senderkanal des gewünschten KNX-RF Gerätes in den Verlinkungsmodus stellen
(gemäß den Vorgaben des Herstellers).
5.) Sofern die Verlinkung erfolgreich war, beginnt die grüne LED zu blinken. Sollte es für 2
Minuten keine Verbindungsversuche geben, beginnt die grüne LED zu blinken und der
Programmier-Modus wird beendet.
6.) Der Dimmer ist betriebsbereit, sobald Sie den Betriebsart -Wahlschalter nach
erfolgreicher Verlinkung auf die Position „F“ oder „Rpt.“ stellen. Die grüne LED leuchtet.
B.- Verlinkung eines Kanals löschen (E)
Verlinkung zwischen einem Funk-Sender und Empfängerkanal des 674 830 rf löschen:
1.) Stellen Sie den Betriebsart -Wahlschalter des 674 830 rf auf Position „E“. Die rote LED
blinkt langsam.
2.) Wählen Sie den gewünschten Kanal (1, 2, 3, oder 4) aus, dessen Verlinkung gelöscht
werden soll.
3.) Drücken Sie die Programmiertaste „Prog“ mithilfe einer Büroklammer. Die rote LED
leuchtet nun. Der Empfängerkanal des 674 830 rf wartet nun darauf, das Signal vom
Senderkanal des anderen Gerätes zu empfangen.
4.) Setzen Sie den Senderkanal des anderen Geräts in den „Verlinkung trennen“-Modus.
5.) Wenn das Löschen der Verbindung erfolgreich war, beginnt die LED rot zu blinken.
6.) Um den 674 830 rf wieder in Betrieb zu nehmen, stellen Sie den Betriebsart-
Wahlschalter auf die Position „F“ oder „Rpt.“. Die grüne LED sollte leuchten.
C.- RESET: Alle Verlinkungen eines Kanals löschen (Rst)
Alle Verlinkungen eines Kanals des 674 830 rf löschen:
1.) Betriebsart-Wahlschalter auf Position „RESET“ (EA) stellen. Die rote LED blinkt schnell.
2.) Wählen Sie den gewünschten Kanal aus (1, 2, 3, oder 4), dessen Verlinkung Sie
löschen wollen.
3.) Einlerntaste (PROG) drücken bis die rote LED dauerhaft leuchtet.
4.) Das rote LED-Licht beginnt schnell zu blinken.
5.) Um den 674 830 rf wieder in Betrieb zu nehmen, stellen Sie den Betriebsart-Wahlschal
ter auf Position „F“ oder „Rpt“. Die grüne LED sollte leuchten.
D.- Verstärker Modus (Rpt)
Der 674 830 rf kann zusätzlich als Signalverstärker verwendet werden.
Diese Funktion ist besonders in Installationen hilfreich, bei denen es aufgrund einer großen
Distanz zwischen den Geräten zu Problemen mit der Signalabdeckung kommen kann.
Beachten Sie jedoch, dass nicht mehr als drei Signalverstärker in einer Installation
verwendet werden sollten.
Diese Funktion wird aktiviert, indem Sie den Betriebsart-Wahlschalter auf „Rpt“ stellen. Die
restliche Funktionalität wird dadurch nicht beeinflusst.

COMMISSIONING
A.- Programming a link (Prg)
To link the 674 830 rf with other KNX-RF transmitter device (pushbutton, remote control…):
1.- Set the mode selector switch of the 674 830 rf at programming mode, placing it at
“Prg” position. The green LED will flicker slowly.
2.- Select the desired channel to be linked (1, 2, 3 or 4).
3.- Press the Programming key “Prog” with the help of a clip or something similar. The
green LED will be ON. The receiver channel of the 674 830 rf is now waiting to
accept a link from the transmitter channel of other RF device.
4.- Set the transmitter channel of the other RF device in link mode according to the
instructions given by the manufacturer.
5.- If the link is successful the green LED will start flickering.
In the same way, 2 minutes after the 674 830 rf is in programming mode without no
attempt to link a transmiter, the green LED will start flickering and it will leave the link
mode.
6.- To become the 674 830 rf operational set the mode selector switch at “F” or “Rpt”
position. The green LED will be ON.
B.- Delete a link from one channel (E)
To delete a link with other RF transmitter from the receiver channel of the 674 830 rf:
1.- Set the mode selector switch of the 674 830 rf at “E” position. The red LED will flicker
slowly.
2.- Select the desired channel to be unlinked (1, 2, 3 or 4).
3.- Press the programming key “Prog” with the help of a clip. The red LED will be ON. The
receiver channel of the 674 830 rf is waiting to receive the signal from the sender
channel of the other device.
4.- Set the transmitter channel of the other device in unlink mode.
5.- If the unlink is successful, the red LED will start to flicker.
6.- To become the 674 830 rf operational set the mode selector switch at “F” or “Rpt”
position. The green LED will be ON.
C.- RESET: Delete all links from one channel (Rst)
To delete all links from one channel of the 674 830 rf:
1.- Set the mode selector switch of the 674 830 rf in RESET, placing it at “Rst”. The red
LED will flicker quickly.
2.- Select the desired channel to be unlinked (1, 2, 3 or 4).
3.- Press the programming pushbutton “Prog” until the red LED is constantly ON.
4.- The red LED will start to flicker quickly again.
5.- To become the 674 830 rf operational set the mode selector switch at “F” or “Rpt”
position. The green LED will be ON.
D.- Repeater mode (Rpt)
The 674 830 rf can also act as a signal repeater.
This function is useful in the installations where are problems with the coverage between the
devices because of the distance.
It is not advisable to use more than three repeaters in the same installation.
This function is activated setting the mode selector switch at “Rpt”. The rest of functionality
continues without changes.
