MEDIDAS PREVIAS AL ENCENDIDO
Coloque la barbacoa redonda de carbón vegetal OUTDOORCHEF sobre un suelo llano y
estable.
Antes de encender el carbón, compruebe que el recipiente para cenizas esté correctamen-
te colocado y que todas las ranuras de ventilación estén abiertas.
Gracias a una indicación en el recipiente para cenizas, puede saber fácilmente la posición
de las aberturas de aireación inferiores.
El calor puede regularse fácilmente abriendo y cerrando las aberturas de aireación: al abrir,
aumenta la temperatura y al cerrar, disminuye.
OUTDOORCHEF recomienda: utilizar para encender su barbacoa pastillas de encendido y
papel de venta habitual en comercios, en lugar de líquido de encendido.
Para alcanzar una temperatura alta y constante, le recomendamos que use el carbón vege-
tal de gran calidad OUTDOORCHEF o las briquetas. Guárdelas en un lugar seco.
Utilice para su barbacoa redonda de carbón vegetal OUTDOORCHEF las siguientes
cantidades iniciales:

ENCENDIDO DE LA BARBACOA DE CARN VEGETAL
1. Antes del encendido, retire la parrilla.
2. Cubra la rejilla de carbón con pastillas de encendido de venta habitual en comercios y
enciéndalas. No utilice líquidos con gasolina, alcohol etílico ni enciendefuegos líquidos
similares. Nunca eche líquido de encendido ni carbón empapado en líquido de encendido
sobre carbón caliente o ardiente.
3. Cubra la rejilla de carbón, preferiblemente con briquetas.

ENCENDIDO). Asegúrese de que las briquetas no estén en contacto con la esfera.
4. Deje arder el carbón con la tapa abierta aprox. 30–45 minutos, hasta que presente un
color incandescente uniforme y lo rodee una capa de color blanco.
A continuación, empiece a asar en la parrilla.
