- Graag op de aanwezige stuklijst in het pakket en/of in de opbouwbeschrijving aangeven, welke onderdelen onjuist of beschadigd zijn, of zijn vermist. Graag dit kenbaar maken bij uw dealer.
- Schade aan de buitenkant van het pakket moet worden gedocumenteerd op de vrachtbrief (CMR) en worden ondertekend door de chauffeur.
- Wij behouden ons het recht voor om de verkeerde goederen terug te nemen.
- Klachten van geschilderde, gecoate of aangepast materialen worden niet geaccepteerd.
- Elke geaccepteerde claim zal alleen worden verrekend met het toezenden van vervangende onderdelen en zal niet financieel worden gecompenseerd.
- Voor een heldere toelichting op uw klacht, graag beelden als bijlage meesturen naar uw dealer.
- Afbeelding / kopie van de voorzijde van de opbouwbeschrijving meesturen.
- Markieren Sie bitte auf der im Paket liegenden Stückliste welche Teile falsch oder beschädigt sind bzw. gefehlt haben. Fügen Sie diese dem ausgefüllten Vordruck bei und senden.
- Beschädigungen an der Außenseite müssen auf dem Frachtbrief (CMR) dokumentiert sein und vom Fahrer gegengezeichnet werden.
- Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, die nicht korrekte Ware zurück zu nehmen.
- Reklamationen von gestrichenem oder verändertem Material werden nicht anerkannt.
- Jede akzeptierte Reklamation wird nur mit der Zusendung von neuem Material erledigt und nicht finanziell abgegolten.
- Falls die Art Ihrer Reklamation eine weitere Erklärung benotigt mittels Bildmaterial, versuchen wir Ihnendirekt einige Bilder an Ihren Händler mit zu schicken.
