Montage (ill. 34)
•Faites passer la garniture de jante au-dessus de la valve puis enfoncez celle-ci dans la jante.
Revissez l’écrou de la valve. A présent, vous pouvez remonter la garniture de jante sans le
moindre effort.
• Veillez à ce que toutes les têtes de rayon soient recouvertes.
Pneumatiques (ill. 35)
Poussez le côté du pneu inférieur au-dessus du rebord de la jante en commençant derrière
la valve. Gonflez lérement la chambre à air jusquà ce quelle prenne sa forme arrondie et
logez-la dans le pneu.
• Vérifiez que le pourtour de la chambre à air ne présente aucun pli ; sinon, laissez un peu d’air
séchapper. En commençant en face de la valve, vous pouvez à présent monter le côté supérieur
du pneu sur la valve avec les deux mains.

Gonage
Vérifiez que la chambre à air nest pas coincée entre le talon du pneu et la jante en inspectant
le tour du pneu des deux côtés.
Repoussez rement la valve et ressortez-la afin dobtenir un bon plat de jante dans la zone
de la valve.
Gonflez d’abord le pneu de façon à pouvoir encore enfoncer votre pouce dans celui-ci. Le
pneu est centré si la ligne de contrôle se trouve à la me distance du bord de la jante des
deux côtés du pneu et tout autour de celui-ci ; sinon, laissez un peu d’air séchapper et re-
centrez le pneu. Gonflez le pneu jusqu’à la pression de service maximale (voir revêtement des
pneumatiques) et revissez fermement le capuchon de la valve.
