Sie können Ihre Kalorienzufuhr in der Anwendung einstellen. Die Kalorienzahl von Nahrungsmitteln nden Sie auf deren Verpackung oder mittels Suche im Internet. Sie können
den Kalorienwert zusammenzählen, bevor Sie dieses Nahrungsmittel zu sich nehmen. Die Anwendung zeigt die Kaloriendifferenz (Cal) zwischen Zufuhr (+, in dunklem Orange)
und Verbrauch (-, in hellem Orange) automatisch an.
