1. Druk MODE om naar de KlokModus of ProelModus
te gaan.
2. Alleen in ProelModus – gebruik / om door de
instellingen te zoeken die u wilt vervangen.
3. Houd SET ingedrukt om in te stellen.
4. Druk / om de waarde te veranderen, en SET om te
bevestigen.
ALARM
Wanneer u in KlokModus bent, drukt u om te kiezen
tussen Klok- en AlarmModus.
Om het alarm in te stellen:
1. Druk MODE om naar de KlokModus te gaan.
2. Druk op om naar
AlarmModus te
schakelen.
3. Houd SET ingedrukt om in te stellen.
4. Druk / om de waarde te veranderen, en SET
om te bevestigen en verder te gaan met de volgende
instelling.
5. De volgorde van instellingen is:
• Uur • Minuut • Aan / Uit
Om alarmgeluid te stoppen, drukt u op een willekeurige
knop.
HARTSLAGMETER / STRESSINDEX
(ALLEEN BESCHIKBAAR OP PE826)
NB Bij het eerste gebruik, of na het vervangen van de
batterijen of het resetten van het apparaat, dient de
gebruiker de grondlijn van de stressindex in te stellen,
anders kan geen geldige meting worden gedaan.
Om de grondlijn van de stressindex in te stellen:
De index is volledig individueel, dus u moet uw
persoonlijke grondlijn instellen alvorens deze functie te
gebruiken om uw stressstatus te controleren.
Zorg dat u 2 tot 3 minuten uitrust alvorens de instellingen
te beginnen:
1. Druk om de HartslagModus te activeren.
2. Druk om de in
te stellen.
3. Houd SET ingedrukt om het instellen te starten.
4. Ontspan en plaats het topje van
uw duim of wijsvinger op de
hartslagsensor.
