Betriebsarten

Das Grill-Bratsystem eignet sich besonders zum Zubereiten

von großen Fleischstücken (Braten): Bereits bei 165ºC

schließen sich die Fleischporen. Da Fett erst bei 172ºC

anfängt zu spritzen, bleibt der Garraum sauber.

Da die erhitzte Luft gleichmäßig um das Grillgut zirkuliert,

können Sie alle Fleischgerichte bei 165ºC schonend zube-

reiten. Der gleichzeitige Einsatz des Grills sorgt für eine

appetitliche Bratenkruste
