o DNS 1: Die IP-Adresse des ersten (primary) DNS-Servers (Domain Name System). DNS
nennt man das Verfahren, um numerische IP-Adressen in von Menschen leichter lesbare
Adressen umzuformen (wie z.B.
www.oppo-bluray.co.uk). Falls “IP Setting” auf “Auto
(DHCP)” eingestellt ist, wird der bezogene Wert über DHCP bestimmt und kann nicht
geändert werden.
o DNS 2: Die IP-Adresse des zweiten (secondary) DNS-Servers (Domain Name System).
Falls “IP Setting” auf “Auto (DHCP)” eingestellt ist, wird der bezogene Wert über DHCP
bestimmt und kann nicht geändert werden.
7. Proxy Setting: Hier wird der Proxy-Server eingestellt. Der Proxy-Server arbeitet als eine
Zwischenstation zwischen Clients und anderen Servern, was unter Umständen den Vorteil hat, dass
die Sicherheit erhöht ist, Anonymität gewährleistet wird oder regionale Beschränkungen vermieden
werden.
• On – In diesem Fall wird mit dem Internet per Proxy-Server verbunden.
o Proxy Host:: Eingabe des Proxy-Server-Namens per Fernbedienung.
o Proxy Port: Eingabe der Proxy-Port-Nummer per Fernbedienung.
• Off (Standard) – Kein Proxy-Server wird verwendet.
8. Connection Test: Hiermit wird die Verbindung zum Internet getestet. Es wird empfohlen, dies
auszuführen, immer dann, wenn Sie eine Neuverbindung zum Internet herstellen bzw. die
Verbindungsmethode wechseln (“Connection Method”, Wechsel von “Wireless Setting”, “IP Setting”
oder Wechsel anderer Parameter).
