Beoogd gebruik

Het OneTouchSelect® Plus bloedglucosesysteem is

bedoeld om te worden gebruikt voor de kwantitatieve

meting van glucose (suiker) in verse, capillaire

volbloedmonsters die uit de vingertoppen gehaald

worden. Het systeem is bedoeld voor gebruik bij slechts

één patiënt en mag niet gedeeld worden.

Het OneTouchSelect® Plus bloedglucosesysteem is

bedoeld voor zelftests buiten het lichaam (in vitro

diagnostisch gebruik) door mensen met diabetes thuis en

om in een klinische omgeving te worden gebruikt door

artsen/ diabetesverpleegkundigen als hulpmiddel bij het

controleren of de diabetes effectief onder controle wordt

gehouden.

Het OneTouchSelect® Plus bloedglucosesysteem mag

niet gebruikt worden voor de diagnose of opsporing van

diabetes en bij pasgeborenen.

Het systeem is bedoeld voor gebruik bij slechts één

patiënt en mag niet gedeeld worden.
