Neustart oder erzwungener Neustart

Die meisten Probleme lassen sich durch einen

Neustart des Geräts auf die folgenden zwei Arten

lösen:

1. Wenn das Gerät eingeschaltet ist, drücken Sie

gleichzeitig die Ein-/Aus-Taste und die

Lautstärke+-Taste und tippen Sie dann auf

"Neustart", um das Gerät neu zu starten.

2. Wenn das Gerät eingeschaltet ist, drücken Sie

zum Ausschalten die Ein/Aus-Taste und die

Lautstärke-+-Taste 10 Sekunden. Drücken Sie

dann die Ein/Aus-Taste, um das Gerät wieder

einzuschalten.

System-Updates

1. Geben Sie Einstellungen > System >

Systemaktualisierungen ein. Dann beginnt das

System mit der Suche nach Aktualisierungen.

2. Folgen Sie den Anweisungen zum

Herunterladen und Aktualisieren.

* Wenn Ihr Gerät auf dem neuesten Stand ist,

werden diese Anweisungen nicht angezeigt.

Sichern und Wiederherstellen
