Redémarrer ou forcer un redémarrage
La plupart des problèmes peuvent être résolus en
redémarrant l'appareil à l'aide des deux méthodes
suivantes :
1. Une fois sous tension, appuyez simultanément
sur le bouton Marche/arrêt et sur le bouton
d'augmentation du volume, puis appuyez sur
« Redémarrer » pour redémarrer l'appareil.
2. Lorsque l'appareil est sous tension, appuyez
longuement sur le bouton Marche/arrêt et le
bouton d'ajustement du volume audio pendant 10
secondes, le téléphone va s'éteindre, puis
appuyez à nouveau sur le bouton Marche/arrêt
pour provoquer le redémarrage.
Mises à jour du système
1. Accédez à Paramètres > Système > Mises à
jour système. Le système recherchera ensuite
des mises à jour.
2. Suivez les instructions afin de télécharger et
d'appliquer des mises à jour.
* Si votre appareil est à jour, aucune instruction
n'apparaîtra.
Sauvegarde et restauration
Créez une sauvegarde ou effectuez une restauration
lorsque cela est nécessaire.
