- Het horloge geeft de verkeerde tijd weer:
Via het menu, vervolgens optie “objectmanagement”, en klikken op het “object”dat de
verkeerde tijd geeft. Kunt u kiezen voor de optie “calibrate watch time”. Hier stelt u de
juiste tijd in.
- Wanneer ik probeer te bellen naar het horloge krijg ik de melding “Dit nummer is in gesprek”
terwijl het horloge niet in gesprek is. Het horloge heeft gewoon bereik aangezien ik vanuit het
horloge wel kan bellen naar mijn mobiele telefoon:
Het horloge weigert het inkomende gesprek aangezien hij ze niet herkent als zijnde de
“family numbers”. Het inkomende nummer wordt gecontroleerd door het horloge en moet
exact overeenkomen anders wordt het nummer geweigerd (een beveiliging zodat
onbevoegden het horloge niet kunnen bellen en je kind lastigvallen. Oplossing:
Controleer of op de eigen telefoon de nummer herkenning aan staat.
Bij het invoeren van de nummers in de app druk je na het invoeren op het “persoontje +”
teken achter het invoerveld. Het horloge maakt er dan automatisch +316…. van.
Mocht dit niet werken probeer dan eens het telefoonnummer zonder de landcode +31
maar gewoon 06…

Uw WatchWatch “connect” heeft een bijzonder ontwerp en bestaat uit kwetsbare onderdelen. U dient het
daarom voorzichtig te behandelen. Hieronder geven wij u een aantal suggesties zodat u het horloge
jarenlang met veel plezier kunt gebruiken.
Raak het scherm niet aan met zware voorwerpen die het scherm kunnen beschadigen en zorg
ervoor dat het scherm schoon blijft. Gebruik het product niet als het beschadigd is. Het is normaal
dat het scherm traag reageert wanneer het horloge is blootgesteld aan lage temperaturen.
Laat uw kind bedachtzaam met het horloge omgaan. Ondanks dat het horloge stoot en slagvast
ontworpen is kan het niet iedere extreme situatie doorstaan.
Let erop dat er geen water in het apparaat kan binnendringen. Als dat toch gebeurt, en het
