Problemen oplossen
Controleer bij de volgende problemen tijdens de meting als eerste of er geen andere
elektrische apparatuur binnen 30 cm van het apparaat aanwezig is. Raadpleeg de
volgende tabel indien het probleem aanhoudt.
Probleem Oorzaak Oplossing
Het meetresultaat is extreem hoog
(of laag).
De armmanchet is te los
aangebracht.
Breng de armmanchet strakker aan.
Zie paragraaf 3.1.
Beweging of praten tijdens de
meting.
Praat en beweeg niet tijdens de
meting.
Zie paragraaf 3.3.
Kleding zit in de weg voor de
armmanchet.
Trek kleding die de armmanchet in
de weg zit uit.
Zie paragraaf 3.1.
De druk in de armmanchet neemt
niet toe.
De plug van de luchtslang is niet
stevig in de luchtslangaansluiting
bevestigd.
Zorg dat de luchtslang goed vast zit.
Zie paragraaf 3.1.
Er lekt lucht uit de armmanchet.
Vervang de armmanchet door een
nieuwe.
Zie paragraaf 6.1.
De armmanchet loopt te snel leeg. De armmanchet zit los.
Breng de armmanchet op de juiste
manier aan, zodat deze stevig om
de arm is gewikkeld.
Zie paragraaf 3.1.
Kan geen meting uitvoeren of de
meetresultaten zijn te laag of te
hoog.
De armmanchet is niet voldoende
opgepompt.
Pomp de armmanchet zo ver op dat
de druk 30 tot 40 mmHg hoger dan
uw laatste meetwaarde is.
