I have the unit mdl# HV-F 128 turn on power display flashin : 1892

I have the unit mdl# HV-F 128 turn on power display flashing 3-5 seconds and die. I have tried fresh batteries and, remove batteries for 5-8’ minutes still no respond please helps. Thank you
