Garantie
Dank u voor de aankoop van een OMRON-product. Dit product is vervaardigd van
hoogwaardige materialen en er is veel zorg besteed bij de fabricage ervan. Het is
ontworpen voor een hoge mate van comfort, mits het juist wordt gebruikt en onderhouden
zoals beschreven in de handleiding.
Dit product wordt door OMRON gegarandeerd voor een periode van 3 jaar vanaf de
aankoopdatum. De juiste constructie, afwerking en materialen van dit product worden
gegarandeerd door OMRON. Tijdens deze garantieperiode zal OMRON, zonder kosten voor
arbeid of onderdelen, het defecte product of de defecte onderdelen repareren of vervangen.
De garantie omvat alleen producten die zijn aangeschaft in Europa, Rusland en
andere GOS-landen, het Midden-Oosten en Afrika.
De garantie geldt niet voor:
a. Transportkosten en risico’s van transport.
b. Kosten voor reparaties en/of defecten als gevolg van reparaties door niet-erkende personen.
c. Periodieke controles en onderhoud.
d. Storingen in of slijtage van accessoires of andere hulpstukken buiten het apparaat zelf,
tenzij hierboven expliciet gegarandeerd.
e. Kosten als gevolg van het niet accepteren van een claim (deze worden in rekening gebracht).
f. Schade van welke aard dan ook, inclusief persoonlijke schade, als gevolg van een
ongeval of misbruik.
Als garantieonderhoud nodig is, gaat u naar de dealer waar het product is aangeschaft
of naar een erkende OMRON-distributeur. Raadpleeg de productverpakking/-informatie
of de gespecialiseerde verkoper voor het adres. Als u moeite hebt om een OMRON-
klantenservice te vinden, gaat u naar onze website (www.omron-healthcare.com) voor
contactinformatie.
Reparatie of vervanging onder de garantie vormt geen aanleiding voor enige uitbreiding
of verlenging van de garantieperiode.
De garantie wordt alleen verleend als het volledige product wordt geretourneerd, samen
met de originele factuur/aankoopbon die aan de consument is overhandigd door de
verkoper. OMRON behoudt zich het recht voor de garantieservice te weigeren als enige
onduidelijke informatie is verstrekt.
