1 ½ taza de agua tibia
½ taza de leche tibia
2 cda. de azúcar
3 cda. de mantequilla,
dividida yderretida
½ cdta. de sal kosher
½ cdta. de ajo molido
¾ cdta. de sazonador italiano seco
4 ½ - 5 ½ tazas de harina
¼ taza de queso parmesano rallado
Ingredientes:
Instrucciones de preparación:
En un tazón grande, combine la levadura con
el agua y déjela reposar hasta que se formen
burbujas (de 7 a 10 minutos).
Agregue la leche, azúcar, mantequilla, sal
kosher y 2 tazas de harina. Bata hasta que
suavice. Agregue el queso parmesano y el
resto de la harina hasta formar una masa
suave.

Pase la masa por el tubo de alimentación,
procesando la masa de 7 a 8 veces.
