1 ½ tasse d’eau chaude
½ tasse de lait chaud
2 cuillères à table de sucre
3 cuil. à table de beurre, séparées et fondues
½ cuillère à thé de sel casher
½ cuillère à thé d’ail émincé
¾ cuil. à thé d’assaisonnement
à l’italienne séché
4 ½ - 5 ½ tasses de farine
¼ tasse de fromage parmesan râpé
Ingrédients:
Méthode:
Dans un grand bol, mélanger l’eau et la
levure et laisser reposer jusqu’au
bouillonnement (7-10 minutes).
Ajouter le lait, le sucre, le beurre, le sel casher et
2 tasses de farine. Battre jusqu’à une consistance
lisse. Ajouter le fromage parmesan et le reste de
la farine jusqu’à ce qu’une pâte molle se forme.

choisir la buse de pains bâtons voulue.
Passer la pâte par l’entonnoir et repasser à
nouveau 7 à 8 fois. Diviser la pâte en portions
