There are 20 memory locations for the phone book.

You can enter a name (max. 10 digits) and a phone number

(max. 20 digits) per memory location.

The three basic funtions are: ADD ENTRY, EDIT/DELETE,

SEARCH.

4.1 ADD ENTRY

1. Operate the -key to access the menu mode during

standby.

Operate the / -key to select [PHONE BOOK].

2. Confirm your selection by operating the -key, the LCD will

display [SEARCH]. Operate the / -keys to select [ADD ENTRY].

3. Operate the -key to confirm your selection. The LCD will

display [NAME? ].

4. Operate the -key again. The LCD will display [_ ].

Use table 3-1 on page 11 to enter the desired name (max. 10

digits). Confirm the entry with the -key. The LCD will

display [NUMBER?].

5. Confirm your selection by pressing the -key.

6. Enter the respective telephone number (max. 20 digits).

Operate the -key to confirm your entry. (The LCD moves

back to step 2 to) add the next entry.

7. Operate the -key to leave this menu item.
