Please observe the following information to ensure reliable operation of the
folding machine:

Read this manual thoroughly and observe the instructions and
information in it when operating the machine.

18 Prevent damage to the power plug and power cable. Never twist the
power cable. Do not operate the machine if the power cable or power
plug is damaged.
19 Disconnect the power plug before starting to clean the machine.
Never use any solvents or aggressive cleaning agents.
20 Do not touch the power plug with moist hands.
21 Disconnect the power plug from the mains when the machine is not in
use.
22 Children and pets must not be allowed in the vicinity of the equipment
when it is ready to operate.
23 Keep loose clothing, ties, jewellery, long hair and other loose objects
away from the folding machine. Risk of injury!
24 Remove any paper clips and staples prior to folding.
25 Do not fold any materials apart from the approved paper thicknesses.
26 Do not exceed the maximum folding output specified.
27 Only use the machine when it is placed on a solid, stable base.
28 The machine must be used close to the power socket so that, in the
event of an emergency, the power supply can be disconnected
quickly.
29 In the event of problems, never repair the interior mechanics or power
supply lines yourself. Contact the service department immediately.
30 Do not use the machine in the vicinity of hot surfaces or in damp
environments and protect it from direct sunlight and extremely dusty
conditions.
Attention: Failure to observe this safety information can
lead to serious personal injury!
If an object (sleeve, tie, etc.) gets into the insertion slot
unintentionally, disconnect the power plug immediately!
