2.4.3 - Montaje de los conductos de aire y de las rejillas externas
• Despuésdehaberrealizadolosagujeros(utilizandolasacatestigos),insertelahojadeplástico(G)
suministradaconelacondicionadorenlosmismos(g.11).
Paralosoriciosde162mmesnecesariocortardelahoja(G)unextremode130mmporelladolargo
(g.11).
La longitud de las hojas debe ser 65 mm menor que la de la pared.
• Enrollelahoja(G)eintrodúzcalaeneloricioprestandoatenciónalalíneadeunión,que siempre se
debe colocar hacia arriba (g.12).
Eltubo(G)sepuedecortarconuncútercomún(g12).
Para colocar las rejillas exteriores, proceda en el modo siguiente:
a. Aplique la junta (F) sobre la brida de pared (D) haciéndola coincidir con el borde exterior de la misma,
talcomosemuestraenlagura13.
b. Fijelasdosbridascon2tacosN.º6mm,utilizandolosdosoriciosdejaciónenposiciónhorizontal
(g.14-15-16).
c. Introduzcalaanillapequeñadelmuelle(convástagolargo)enelpernodeltapón(enamboscompo-
nentes)(g.17).
d. Introduzcalosdostapones(conmuelle),desdelapartedelanteradelarejillaexterna,enlosdosalo-
jamientos de la misma; tire hasta el oír el clic (Fig. 18) y enganche las dos cadenas a la anilla grande
del muelle.
e. Aferre con una mano las dos cadenas unidas a la rejilla;
f. Repliegue sobre sí mismas las rejillas externas, aferrándolas con la mano libre en la parte de plegado
eintroduciendolosdedosdentrodecadaaleta(g.19).
g. Introduzcaelbrazoeneltubohastahacersobresalircompletamentelarejillaenelexterior.
h. Deje abrir la rejilla, manteniendo los dedos dentro de las aletas.
i. Girelarejillahastaquelasaletasquedenperfectamentehorizontalesyconlainclinaciónhaciaabajo.
l. Tire de la cadena, tensando el muelle, y enganche el anillo de la cadena al perno de la brida interna
paraelpasodelostubos(g.20).
m. Corte con un alicate los eslabones excedentes de las cadenas.
Utilice exclusivamente las rejillas suministradas (E) o rejillas con las mismas
características.
2.4.4 - Posicionamiento del equipo sobre el estribo de anclaje (anti vuelco).
Eneloricioanteriormentepreparado(véaseg.6),jealaparedelestribodesoporte(L)utilizandoel
tornilloseltaco(H)ensuministro(g.21).
