MANTENIMIENTO PERIÓDICO
Los acondicionadores de este tipo
no necesitan operaciones especiales
de mantenimiento, salvo algunas
periódicas muy sencillas:
- La limpieza del filtro de retorno de
aire ambiente, cada vez que se
ilumina el correspondiente
indicador luminoso de color rojo.
Ver manual uso.
- La limpieza de la batería de “aire
exterior” se efectuará, según la
suciedad presente en el ambiente
exterior (calle), una o dos veces
al año.
- La limpieza puede ser realizada
con una aspiradora o con un cepillo
suave prestando mucha atención
a no deformar las aletas de
aluminio del intercambio térmico.
Para la suciedad muy resistente
es necesario realizar un lavado
con agua y detergente.
Antes de dejar la obra recoger los
embalajes y eliminar con un paño
húmedo, toda huella de suciedad que
se haya podido depositado sobre el
aparato durante el montaje (fig. 31).
Estas operaciones, que por lógica
no son indispensables, dan sin
embargo, un toque de calidad a la
imagen profesional de quien ha
instalado el aparato.
Para evitar inútiles llamadas por par-
te del Usuario, antes de dejar la obra
se le aconseja al instalador:
- Explicar los contenidos del Manual
de Instrucciones para el Usuario,
- Explicar la forma en que debe ser
realizada la limpieza del filtro.
- Aclarar cómo y cuándo tiene que
avisarse al Servicio de Asistencia
Técnica.
MANUTENÇÃO PERIÓDICA
Os climatizadores desta série não
requerem operações especiais de
manutenção, a não ser:
- A limpeza ou a lavagem do filtro
do ar ambiente todas as vezes
que o respectivo LED vermelho
de sinalização se acender (ver o
manual de uso).
- A limpeza da bateria do “ar
exterior” a efectuar uma ou duas
vezes por ano, dependendo da
sujidade presente no ar exterior.
- A limpeza pode ser feita com um
aspirador de pó ou com uma
escova macia, desde que se tome
muito cuidado para não danificar
as palhetas de alumínio que
realizam a permuta térmica. Para
remover a sujidade muito
incrustada, é preciso efectuar uma
lavagem com água e detergentes.
Antes de deixar o local de instalação,
é recomendável recolher as
embalagens e eliminar com um pano
húmido todos os traços de sujidade
que se depositaram no aparelho
durante a montagem (fig. 31).
Estas operações, que em termos
práticos não são estritamente
indispensáveis, permitem incremen-
tar a imagem de profissionalismo que
quem instalou o aparelho transmite
ao cliente.
Para evitar chamadas inúteis do clien-
te, antes de deixar o local de
instalação, também é recomendável:
- Ilustrar-lhe o conteúdo do Manual
de Instruções para o Utilizador,
- Ilustrar-lhe como efectuar a
limpeza do filtro.
- Esclarecer quando e como deverá
chamar o Serviço de Assistência.

- Het schoonmaken van de batterij
voor de “buitenlucht”, één of twee
keer per jaar, afhankelijk van de
mate van verontreiniging van de
buitenlucht.
- Het apparaat kan gereinigd
worden met een stofzuiger of met
een zachte borstel waarbij u er
goed voor moet oppassen dat u
de aluminium vinnen van de
warmtewisselaar niet beschadigt.
Hardnekkig vuil zult u met water
en reinigingsmiddelen moeten
afwassen.
Het verdient aanbeveling om
alvorens de plaats van installatie te
verlaten alle verpakkingsresten op
te ruimen en met een vochtige doek
elk spoor van vuil dat tijdens de
montage op het apparaat
terechtgekomen is (fig. 31) te
verwijderen.
Deze handelingen zijn logischerwijs
niet strikt noodzakelijk maar
verhogen in de ogen van de gebruiker
de professionaliteit van degene die
het apparaat installeert.
Voordat u de plaats van installatie
verlaat en om onnodige telefoontjes
van de gebruiker te voorkomen, is
het bovendien verstandig:
- De inhoud van de
instructiehandleiding voor de
gebruiker te laten zien.
- Te laten zien hoe het filter gereinigd
moet worden.
- Duidelijk te maken onder welke
omstandigheden en hoe de hulp
van de Servicedienst ingeroepen
moet worden.
