2.6.5 - Anlagenvakuum
Nach sämtliche Kontrollen und Dichtheitsprüfungen vorgenommen wurden, muss in der Anlage ein Vakuum
erzeugt werden, um etwaige Unreinheiten (Luft, Stickstoff, Feuchtigkeit) rückstandslos zu entfernen.
a. Verwenden Sie eine Vakuumpumpe mit einer Fördermenge von 40 l/min (0,66 l/s) und schließen Sie diese

