1 Allentare e togliere i dadi di manutenzione delle valvole di arresto A

2 Collegare la giunzione del tubo di carico alla pompa a vuoto.
3 Abbassare completamente la leva della valvola collettore.
4 Accendere la pompa a vuoto. All’inizio del pompaggio, allentare
leggermente il dado di manutenzione della valvola di arresto

quindi il dado di manutenzione.
5 Una volta terminato il pompaggio, chiudere completamente la leva
della valvola del collettore e spegnere la pompa a vuoto.
Effettuare il pompaggio per 15 minuti o più e verificare che
l’indicatore del misuratore composto indichi -76 cm Hg (-1X10

6 Allentare e togliere il tappo delle valvole di arresto A e B per aprire
completamente le valvole A e B, quindi serrare il tappo.
7 Togliere il tubo di carico dall’apertura di servizio della valvola di
arresto A, e serrare il dado.

1 Loosen and remove the maintenance nuts of stop valves A and B,
and connect the charge pipe of the manifold valve to the service
opening of stop valve A. (Check that stop valves A and B are both
closed)
2 Connect the joint of the charge pipe to the vacuum pump.
3 Completely open the manifold valve lever.
4 Turn on the vacuum pump. At the beginning of pumping, loosen
slightly the maintenance nut of stop valve B and check that the
air enters (the sound of the pump changes and the indicator of
compound meter falls below zero). Then tighten the maintenance
nut.

valve lever and turn off the vacuum pump. Pump for 15 minutes
or more and check that the compound meter indicates -76 cm Hg

6 Loosen and remove the cap of stop valves A and B to open stop
valves A and B completely, then fasten the cap.
7 Remove the charge pipe from the service opening of stop valve
A, and tighten the nut.
