TROUBLE SHOOTING
PROBLEM
• The dehumidier will not work.
• The dehumidier will not dehumidify.
• The dehumier works but does not reduce
the humidity in the room.
SUGGESTED SOLUTION
• Insert the plug or make sure there is voltage.
• Set to the desired position.
• Empty the tank.
• It is normal in certain conditions for the
appliance not to dehumidify.
LIKELY CAUSE
• Plug not connected.
• Humidistat set to minimum.
• Tank full of water.
• The temperature and humidity in the room are
too low.
• Room too large.
• In the room there are powerful sources of
humidity (boiling pans).
