11. Limpeza regular
Os caracteres impressos não podem ser totalmente formados se resíduo de papel,
poeira ou material semelhante estiverem presentes. Para garantir impressão adequada,
remova todo e qualquer resíduo de papel e poeira do suporte de papel, componentes de
transporte em papel, cilindro de impressão e superfície da cabeça térmica. A limpeza é
mensalmente necessária.
Em particular, se a impressora usar um papel de etiquetas de folha inteira no modo de corte
completo, qualquer material aderente que cole na parte de ejeção de papel da guia de
papel pode provocar erro de ejeção de papel. Usando o solvente à base de álcool, remova o
material aderente periodicamente da guia de papel.
- Ciclo de limpeza recomendada: Para um intervalo de corte mínimo de 15 mm, limpe o
guia de papel sempre que a impressão de um ou dois rolos (cerca de 5000 cortes) for
concluída.
Nota: Não use um solvente diferente do álcool etílico ou isopropílico.
11-1. Limpar o suporte de papel e o transporte de papel
Com um pano macio seco, limpe o suporte de papel e o transporte de papel para
remover a poeira, as partículas de papel, adesivos e outro corpo externo.
