6-5. Erros de layout de papel
Ao usar uma marca preta ou papel de etiqueta com corte, a impressora
monitora o comprimento do papel (L1) basedo no layout de papel definido. Se
o comprimento de papel detectado não corresponder ao definido, ocorrerá um
erro de layout.
(1) Erro quando o papel estiver sendo carregado
Confirme se o papel sendo carregado é igual ao especificado nas informações
de layout de papel para a impressora. Caso contrário, troque o papel por um
papel que corresponda às informações de layout de papel.
(2) Erro durante impressão
Se ocorrer um erro de layout durante a impressão, abra a tampa superior,
verifique se houve descascamento de etiqueta, obstrução de papel ou qualquer
outro problema, reposicione o papel e feche a tampa superior.
(3) Erro quando o papel está sendo trocado
Siga o procedimento na "Seção 6-4. Trocar papel".
Nota: Se o comprimento de papel (L1) do papel carregado for 10%
diferente do comprimento de papel especificado ou do papel
automaticamente detectado, ocorrerá um erro no layout do
papel.
