Administrator setup
NOTE
The Administrator password is required.
Press the Administrator Setup button (6) to gain access to the
following:
> Power Save Mode
Enable/disable power save mode.
> Password for Administrator
Set MFP administrator password. The default is “”.
> Access Control
Enable/disable PIN (Personal Identification Number)
authentication. If the PIN authentication is enabled, each
user is authenticated by the last 4 digits of ID for Job
Accounting. The PIN is provided by the Job Accounting
Utility.
> Scan to E-Mail
Enable/disable SCAN TO E-MAIL.
> Scan to FTP
Enable/disable SCAN TO FTP.
> Proxy Settings
> Server Name: Set FTP proxy server name or IP
address.
> User Name: Set user name for the proxy server.
> Port Number: Set port number of the proxy server.
> LDAP Settings
> Server Name: Set LDAP server name or IP address.
> Port Number: Set the port number of LDAP.
> Timeout: Set the time out in seconds (10 – 120sec) for
the search.
> Max. Entries: Set the maximum number of E-Mail
addresses that the MFP unit can receive in each search.
The Clear button resets this value to the default.
