gesorteerde exemplaren u wilt afdrukken (de
standaardinstelling is 1 exemplaar). Gebruik de knoppen
+/– om het gewenste aantal exemplaren in te stellen en
druk op ENTER om het afdrukken te starten.
Na een korte pauze wordt het geselecteerde document
afgedrukt. Zodra het afdrukken is voltooid, wordt het
document automatisch van de harde schijf van de printer
verwijderd.
Afdrukken vanaf de computer
Als u de Storage Device Manager-software hebt geïnstalleerd
vanaf de meegeleverde cd, kunt u beveiligde documenten ook
afdrukken vanaf uw computer. U kunt dit bijvoorbeeld doen
wanneer het kantoor leeg is en uw beveiligde documenten veilig
op afstand kunnen worden afgedrukt.
1. Start de Storage Device Manager vanuit het menu Start
van Windows.
2. Gebruik indien nodig het venster SDM Printer Discovery
om naar alle beschikbare printers in uw netwerk te
zoeken.
3. Selecteer het pictogram van de printer met de beveiligde
documenten.
4. Kies vanuit het menu Printers de optie HDD Print Jobs
(Afdruktaken van de harde schijf).
5. Kies in het venster HDD Print Jobs (Afdruktaken van de
harde schijf) de optie View User Jobs (Gebruikerstaken
weergeven) en voer uw PIN in het daarvoor bestemde
tekstvak in. Na een korte pauze wordt er een lijst met
afdruktaken weergegeven.
6. Selecteer in de lijst de taak die u wilt afdrukken en klik op
Print Job(s) (Taken afdrukken). Wijzig indien nodig het
aantal exemplaren dat u wilt afdrukken op het moment
dat dit wordt gevraagd.
Na een korte pauze wordt het geselecteerde document
afgedrukt. Zodra het afdrukken is voltooid, wordt het
document automatisch van de harde schijf van de printer
verwijderd.
