Wanneer de optionele vaste schijf of Compact Flash is geïnstalleerd
en de printer is aangesloten op een netwerk, kunt u dit inschakelen
om e-mails via TCP/IP te ontvangen. E-mails kunnen van de
computer naar deze printer worden verzonden.
U kunt de e-mailinhoud van TIFF- of PDF-bijlagen op deze printer
afdrukken.
U moet deze functie mogelijk inschakelen op de webpagina onder
Networking/Receive Settings (Instellingen voor netwerk/
ontvangst).

AFDRUKKEN
Deze printer gebruikt standaard PCL-lettertypeselectieopdrachten
om door algoritmen gegenereerde barcodes te kunnen afdrukken.
Voordelen:
> U kunt barcodes van elke grootte laten genereren
> Controlesommen worden automatisch gegenereerd
> Controlesommen worden automatisch gegenereerd
Intelligente barcodes
In tegenstelling tot bepaalde barcodeoplossingen, waarbij slechts
lettertypen aan een pc of printer worden toegevoegd, wordt met
deze printer de PCL5-taal uitgebreid. Barcodeopmaak, foutdetectie
en controlesomberekening worden door de printer uitgevoerd, zodat
de werklast van de host en het netwerk worden gereduceerd. U kunt
de barcodes afdrukken in bijna elke grootte of draaiing,
barcodebreedte en -hoogte. U kunt bijschriftteksten insluiten in de
barcodes of afdrukken boven of onder barcodes in een variëteit aan
lettertypen en grootten.
