座席の組み立てと設置
イ ラ スト １：
シートチューブのフレームの外径を測り、それに合ったプラスチックアダプター（１０）を選びます。
外径のサイズは各アダプターに記されているので、そちらをご覧下さい。
設置プラケット部品（７）とそれと対になる設置プラケット部品裏面プレート（６）の間に、プラスチック
アダプター（１０）と隙間を埋めるためのアダプター用滑り止めプラスチック（１１）を挿入して２つの
ブロックを固定してください。
プラスチックアダプター（１０）には、シートチューブにはんだ付けされたケーブルを通すための空洞が
あります。
設置プラケット部品を取り付けるには、まず、取りつけネジ（８）を緩めに締めて座席の位置を決めてか
ら、ネジをしっかり締めて固定してください。
最適な締め付けトルクは８Ｎｍです。
イ ラ スト ２：
リテーニングリングからサポートアーム（５）を外し、引き抜いてください。
イ ラ スト ３：
サポートアーム（５）をイラストにあるように所定の箇所に差し込み、ガイドプレート（５）をこれ以上押
すことが出来ないという所までしっかり押し込んでください。（イラスト４も参照してください）
イ ラ スト ４：
ブロックピン（９）を穴Ｂに奥まで差し込んでください。
イ ラ スト ５：
ブロックピンを時計回りに９０度回転させて、安全突起部分を凹んでいる部分に噛み合せて下さい。（
拡大図参照）

ブロックピンは安全上とても大切な部品ですので、常にご使用ください。また、ご使用前には必ず点検
し て くだ さ い！
イ ラ スト ６：
サポートアーム（５）の２つの先端部分を設置プラケット部品（７）にある２つの穴に挿入してください。
座席の位置が正しく決まったら、設置プラケット部品がシートチューブのフレーム上にしっかり固定され
るまで、ネジ（８）をゆっくりと均等に締めてください。
そして、前方カバー（１３）を設置プラケット部品（７）の前の部分にスライドさせて挿入します。
対になっている設置プラケット部品裏面プレート（６）に裏面メタルプレートのカバー（１２）をはめてく
ださい。（イラスト１参照）
イ ラ スト ７：
イラストが示す基準に従って、座席の前後高低の位置調節を行ってください。
側面から見て、設置する座席の重心（イラスト内の赤いマーク）は車輪の中心（ハブ軸）より１０センチ
以上後方にあってはいけません。必要に応じて、イラスト８で示されているように位置を調整してくださ
い。
イ ラ スト ８：
平行移動させて座席の位置を変更します。
ステップ１：まず、既にはめてあるブロックピンの突起部分を外します。
突起部分の両側をつまむようにして開くと安全突起部分が外れるようになっています。
ステップ２：ブロックピンを下方向に９０度回します。
ステップ３：座席がお好みの位置に来るように、前後に水平移動させます。
ステップ４：イラスト５ にあるように、サポートアームを取り付 けます。
イ ラ スト ９：
フットレストの設置：
「ＳＸ」という表示のあるフットレストを、座席の左足カバー部分の一番高い位置に設置して下さい。
同じく「ＳＸ」と表示された調節用ピボットを、座席外側から内側に向かって差し込みます。
右足カバー部分に関しても全く同様に、「ＤＸ」と表記されたフットレストと調節用ピボットを設置してく
ださい。
