Garantía
Para este dispositivo, proporcionamos
garantía bajo las condiciones siguientes:
1. En las siguientes condiciones no se
aplicarán cargos (N° 2 - 7): defectos
en la unidad, tras probar que hay
defectos en los materiales o en la
mano de obra, siempre que se haya
informado de ellos tras su hallazgo en
os 24 meses posteriores a la entrega
de producto.
2. La garantía no se aplica a elementos
frági-es, como cristal, plástico y
bombillas.
La garantía no cubre variaciones
menores con respecto de las
características deseadas que
son irrelevantes para el valor y la
usabilidad del dispositivo. Tampoco
cubre daños derivados de los efectos
químicos y electroquímicos del agua,
o de condiciones meteorológicas
anómalas o condiciones operativas
no relacionadas, o si el dispositivo ha
entrado en contacto con un material
no adecuado. De la misma forma,
no se aceptará ninguna garantía si
los defectos de la unidad se deben
a daños en el transporte, que no
haya sido realizado por nosotros, a
la instalación y montaje realizados
por no profesionales, al uso indebido,
al uso no doméstico, a la falta de
mantenimiento o a no seguir las
instrucciones de funcionamiento
ymontaje.
La garantía quedará nula si se realizan
reparaciones o mantenimiento por
personas no autorizadas por nosotros
o si las unidades se equipan con
piezas de repuesto, piezas adicionales
o accesorios que no sean originales y,
por tanto, provoquen defectos.
3. La garantía se realizará de forma que
las piezas defectuosas se reparen sin
cargos o se sustituyan por piezas de
repuesto, según nuestra discreción.
Los dispositivos, en la medida de lo
razonable, se pueden transportar
(por ejemplo, en el automóvil), a
efectos de esta garantía, se deberá
enviar a nuestro centro de servicio
más cercano o al nuestro servicio
autorizado. Las reparaciones in situ se
realizarán únicamente en dispositivos
fijos. Siempre se entrega la prueba de
garantía con la compra y el envío. Las
piezas sustituidas quedarán a nuestra
disposición.
4. Si la reparación de la unidad
defectuosa no es satisfactoria, se
enviará gratuitamente e equivalente
dentro del período de garantía bajo
solicitud.
5. La garantía no superará el período de
garantía ni se aplicará una ampliación
de la misma. El período de garantía
para las piezas de repuesto finaliza
con el período de garantía de todo el
dispositivo.
6. Dispositivos inteligentes: Si su
dispositivo se puede conectar a
internet (denominado dispositivo
inteligente) las actualizaciones
de seguridad no forman parte del
alcance de esta garantía. Durante
cierto periodo de tiempo las
actualizaciones de seguridad para
su dispositivo inteligente se harán
automáticamente. Si finaliza este
periodo se le informará mediante
una nota general. Después de eso
las actualizaciones de seguridad se
pueden realizar manualmente.
7. Esta garantía se aplica a todos
los países donde un distribuidor
autorizado proporcione este
dispositivo.
8. Se excluyen otras reclamaciones,
especialmente las derivadas
de la sustitución debido a
daños provocados fuera de la
unidad (siempre que no se exija
responsabilidad legal).
9. Nos responsabilizamos sin limitación
según las provisiones legales
de las pérdidas cubiertas por la
responsabilidad declarada en la Ley
de responsabilidad de productos
y por los daños provocados por
incumplimiento de contrato de forma
no intencional o negligente y por la
representación fraudulenta nuestra o
de nuestros representantes legales.
10. La garantía anterior no afecta al
cumplimiento de sus derechos
estatuarios.

Warranty
We provide a warranty for this device in
according to the following conditions:
1. In accordance with the conditions
below (points 2-7) we will remove
defects of the device free of charge,
it they are evidently due to material
and/or production errors, and if they
are reported to us immediately after
detection and within 24 months of
delivery to the first end user.
2. The warranty does not cover easily
breakable parts such as glass, plastic
or light bulbs. A warranty obligation
is not triggered by minor deviations
from the target conditions, which
are not significant to the value and
usability of the device, by damages
due to chemical and electro-chemical
eects of water, in general by
abnormal environmental conditions
or improper operating conditions, or
if the device otherwise comes into
contact with unsuitable substances.
A warranty can also not be assumed
if the defects on the device are due
to transport damage which is not
caused by us, improper installation
and assembly, incorrect operation,
non-household usage, a lack of
maintenance or the non-observance
of the operating or assembly
instructions. Warranty claims are void
if repairs or interventions are carried
out by people who are not authorised
by us to do so, or if our devices have
been equipped with spare parts,
supplements or accessories, which are
not original parts and therefore cause
a defect.
3. The warranty service is performed by
either repairing the defect parts or
replacing them with non-defect parts,
at our discretion. Devices which can
be transported (e.g. in a car) and on
which a warranty service is claimed
within the scope of this warranty,
are to be handed over or sent to our
closest customer service oce or our
contracted customer service oce.
Repairs at the place of installation
can only be requested for devices
which are operated on site (stationary
devices). The respective sales receipt
stating the purchase and /or delivery
date is to be submitted. Replaced
parts become our property.
4. If the rectification of the defect device
is rejected by us or fails, we will
provide a replacement of equal value
and at no charge within the above-
mentioned warranty period, at the
request of the end user.
5. Warranty services neither invoke an
extension of the warranty period,
nor start a new warranty period.
The warranty period for built-in
replacement parts ends with the
warranty period for the whole device.
6. Smart Devices: If your device is able
to connect to the internet (so called
smart device) security updates are
not part of the scope of this warranty.
For a certain period of time security
updates for your smart device will be
done automatically. If this period ends
you will be informed by a general
note. Afterwards security updates can
be performed manually.
7. This warranty extends to every
country where this device is supplied
by an authorised distributor.
8. Any other or further claims,
in particular those regarding
compensation for damage caused
outside of the device are ruled out
-provided liability is not obligatory by
law.
9. We are furthermore liable without
restrictions in accordance to legal
requirements for damage covered
by the liability scope of the Product
Liability Act, as well as for damage
caused by intentional and gross
negligent contract violations plus
fraudulent intent by us, our legal
representatives or vicarious agents.
10. This warranty bond does not aect
your legal warranty claims.
