Bei kleineren Mengen eine ½ Stufe niedriger, bei größeren Mengen eine ½ Stufe höher wählen.
Beim Ankochen und Anbraten immer die höchste Einstellung wählen.
Sobald der Topfinhalt kocht und sich Dampf bildet oder das Steak von beiden Seiten braun
ist, auf eine niedrigere Stufe schalt en; bei größeren Töpfen und Pfannen auf „2“, sonst
reicht Einstellung „1“.
Braten über 1 kg am besten im Backofen garen.
Mit passendem Geschirr und wenig Wasser bzw. Fett garen; das erhält die Vitamine.
Restwärme der Kochzonen nutzen. Die Wärme reicht für ca. 5 bis 10 Minuten, z.B. zum
Quellen von Reis.
