delle condizioni di garanzia.
2. Il Centro Servizio di Assistenza AXDIA si impegnerà a diagnosticare il problema
e a risolverlo. Nel caso in cui venga riconosciuto il diritto alla garanzia, il cliente
riceverà un codice RMA (Return Material Authorization) e verrà invitato a inviare
il prodotto ad AXDIA.
ATTENZIONE: AXDIA accetta esclusivamente spedizioni
accompagnate dal codice RMA.
Per la spedizione del prodotto attenersi a quanto riportato qui di
seguito:
1. La spedizione deve essere effettuata a carico del mittente, assicurata e con
l’adeguato sistema di trasporto. Il prodotto non deve essere accompagnato da
alcun accessorio (cavi, CD, schede di memoria, manuali ecc…) se non
espressamente richiesto dal Centro del Servizio di Assistenza AXDIA.
2. Il codice RMA deve essere applicato sull’imballaggio in modo tale da essere
visibile e leggibile dall’esterno.
3. Allegare una copia dello scontrino come certificato di garanzia.
4. Una volta ricevuto il prodotto, AXDIA fornirà il servizio di garanzia
conformemente alle condizioni di garanzia e rispedirà il prodotto a proprie spese.
Servizi non contemplati dalla garanzia
AXDIA si riserva il diritto di rifiutare una richiesta per un servizio non
previsto dalla garanzia. Nel caso in cui AXDIA conceda un servizio
non contemplato dalla garanzia, tutte le spese di riparazione e
trasporto saranno a carico del cliente. AXDIA non accetta spedizioni
che non siano precedentemente autorizzate da AXDIA mediante la
RMA (Return Material Authorization).
