Sprint Session Clock
Telt de tijd af, in minuten en seconden, voor het huidige
sprintinterval in de MAX 14 INTERVAL. Interval, of MAX
CiRCUIT programma. Voor MAX 14 INTERVAL zijn de
sprintintervallen 25 seconden (0:25). Voor het
Intervalprogramma is de standaardwaarde 30 seconden (0:30)
en kan met de toetsen van het Time (+ / -) toetsenbord worden
aangepast aan elke waarde tussen 0:05 en 9:55, in stappen
van 5 seconden. Druk op Enter om selecties op te slaan.
Bluetooth (BTLE) Indicator
Wanneer dit pictogram brandt, geeft het aan dat Bluetooth®
draadloze communicatie actief is en een signaal detecteert (van
een hartslagmeter, tablet of ander apparaat of app).
Resistance (Level)
Geeft het weerstandsniveau (1-10), waarbij 1 het laagste
weerstandsniveau is en 10 het hoogste. Gebruik de hendel
onder de console om uw weerstandsniveau te verhogen of te
verlagen. Duw de hendel van uw lichaam af om de weerstand
te verhogen, of trek de hendel naar uw lichaam toe om de
weerstand te verlagen.
