MODELLO DI DECOMPRESSIONE
I programmi all’interno delle unità Veo 180nx simulano l’assorbimento di azoto nel corpo tramite un modello
matematico. Questo modello è semplicemente un mezzo per applicare un limitato numero di dati ad un più
ampio campo di esperienza. Il modello del computer per le immersioni Veo 180nx si basa sulle più recenti
ricerche e sperimentazioni relative alla teoria di decompressione. Tuttavia, pur utilizzando i computer Veo
180nx, come le Tabelle delle curve di sicurezza della marina americana (o di altri), non vi è la certezza di
evitare le patologie da decompressione. Ciascun sommozzatore ha una propria fisiologia, che può anche
modificarsi di giorno in giorno. Nessuna macchina può prevedere come il vostro corpo reagirà a diversi profili
di immersione.
