Delivery Settings.
Basic Settings:
Mail Gateway Adress : IP adress or Hostname (max. 32 characters)
Hier moet het IP-adres of computernaam van de computer of
server ingevuld worden waarop het programma: “Scanner
Delivery Utillity” is geïnstalleerd. (Tbv. scannen naar Email)
Subject : Max. 32 characters
Voorbeeld: Subject: “OP20, scan nummer: ”
Achter het laatste karakter komt automatisch het volgnummer van de
scan te staan, 0001, 0002, enz.
Body : Max. 64 characters
Voorbeeld: Body: “Als bijlage een scan van de OP20 , Met vrgr..”
Character Code : US-ASCI(English)/Japanese(shift-jis)/ISO-8859-1(West Europe)
Sender Name 1 : Via “EDIT” de gewenste gegevens invullen. Indien dit niet, of niet
juist, is ingevuld, dan krijg je de volgende melding op het display
van de OP20 indien je gaat scannen naar een Email adres:
“Zender adres niet bekend, bel Systeem beheerder”
LET OP!! Sender Name staat onder het vakje REGISTRATION,
dus niet direct onder Character Code.
Bevestigen met “Registration”
Destination Adress List:
Dubbelklik op bv. No 1 om Registration Name in te vullen.
Registration Name : Max. 16 characters
Destination Adress : E-Mail Adress (Max. 32 characters)
Bevestigen met “Registration”
Tx. Settings to PC.
Destination PC List:
Dubbelklik op No 001 om gegevens in te geven.
Registration Name : Max. 16 characters.
Destination PC : IP Adress or Host Name (max. 32 characters)
Save Number : Hier hetzelfde nummer invullen als gebruikt is
bij de Scanner File Utillity .
Indien dit niet juist is, dan komt de volgende melding
in het display van de copier tijdens scannen:
“Cannot find destination PC, check the PC”
Bevestigen met “Registration”
