Voorzorgsmaatregelen bij de installatie

Elektrische voeding/aarding van het apparaat

Sluit het apparaat niet aan op een stopcontact waarop een airconditioning

of kopieerapparaat, enz., is aangesloten.

Voorzorgsmaatregelen voor gebruik

• Open tijdens het verzenden, ontvangen of kopiëren niet de bovenklep,

zet de AAN/UIT-schakelaar niet op uit en trek de stekker niet uit het

stopcontact.

• Ieder land hanteert eigen veiligheids- en communicatienormen en dit

apparaat is dan ook uitsluitend bestemd voor gebruik in het land waar

dit is gekocht. (Door de internationale communicatienormen is de

communicatie tussen de verschillende landen wel mogelijk.)

• Dit apparaat werkt wellicht niet in gebieden met telefoonlijnen of

communicatiecondities van slechte kwaliteit.

• Bepaalde diensten van telefoonbedrijven, zoals "OPROEP IN

WACHTRIJ", die hoorbare tonen of klikken op de telefoonlijn

produceren, kunnen de faxcommunicatie verstoren of onderbreken.

• Het papierformaat dat in de papierbron is geplaatst, moet

overeenkomen met het papierformaat dat voor de geselecteerde

papierbron is geconfigureerd. Als dit niet het geval is, kan het zijn dat

ontvangen documenten niet (goed) worden afgedrukt.

• Het formaat van de originele documenten moet overeenkomen met

het formaat dat tijdens de selectie van het origineelformaat is

geconfigureerd. Als dit niet het geval is, kan dit ertoe leiden dat

gedeelten van het originele document niet worden gescand.
