Opmerking
Met gebruikersauthenticatie worden alleen de boxen weergegeven die toegankelijk zijn voor de
gebruiker die is aangemeld. Zie "Authenticatie en gebruikersboxen die toegankelijk zijn" op pagina 3-6
voor meer details.
Als "Verbied functies bij authenticatiefout" in de Beheerdermodus is ingesteld op "Modus 2" en als een
gebruiker een bepaald aantal keer een verkeerd wachtwoord gebruikt, wordt deze gebruiker
geblokkeerd en kan hij/zij de machine niet langer gebruiken. Neem contact op met de beheerder om de
gebruiksbeperkingen te annuleren.
Gebruikersboxen registreren
Voordat u documentgegevens kunt opslaan, moet u een gebruikersbox maken waarin de gegevens moeten
worden opgeslagen.
U kunt maximaal 1.000 gebruikersboxen maken.
U kunt maximaal 200 documenten opslaan in één gebruikersbox.
In alle gebruikersboxen samen kunt u in totaal 10.000 pagina's opslaan.
In alle gebruikersboxen samen kunt u in totaal 3.000 documenten opslaan.
Er zijn openbare gebruikersboxen (die door meer dan één persoon kunnen worden gebruikt), persoonlijke
gebruikersboxen (die door slechts één persoon kunnen worden gebruikt) en groepsgebruikersboxen (die
kunnen worden gebruikt door gebruikers die horen bij een account die is aangemeld wanneer de instellingen
voor de gebruikersregistratie werden opgegeven). Raadpleeg "Gebruikersboxen registreren" op pagina 8-7
voor details over het registreren van gebruikersboxen.
